As a runner, Dr. Reid sees athletes performing their “personal best;” as an oncologist he sees patients doing their “personal best.” “Personal Best” relay participants will comprise the first wave of athletes, distinguished by their bright red cyclist jerseys, runner’s singlets, and swimmer’s goggles. This special annual celebration unites cancer patients, their families, health care providers and the general public for a day completely packed with music, information, and fun! Block Cancer Survivors Park Harbor Dr. and Harbor Island Dr. (across from the San Diego Airport) Co-hosted by Bill Griffith, 10News/ABC and Dani Grady, co-founder, Cancer Survivorship: San Diego! Event includes a health fair, medical lectures of advances in treatment, door prices, family activities, Survivors fashion show, cancer screenings, and more!
