Ultrasound Contrast Media Program
- Development and testing of contrast specific imaging techniques
- Vascular imaging for the detection of wall abnormalities

- Several clinical studies under a Physician Sponsored IND
- Effect of systemic and focal therapy on tumor vascularity and
viability

Blood Pool Contrast Media Applications in CT, MRI, and Optical Imaging

Molecular and Cellular Imaging
- Targeted ultrasound contrast media
- Testing of MR probes directed to cellular and molecular targets
- Signal augmentation techniques

Breast Cancer
Detection and characterization of sentinel lymph nodes with microbubble

Assessment of Angiogenesis Using Optical Agents and Near-IR Spectroscopy

Virtual Colonoscopy for Cancer Screening
- Techniques to recognize adherent stools from polyps
- Computer aided detection of polyps
- Comparison of EBCT virtual colonoscopy to colonscopy
