Histology and Immunohistochemistry Shared Resource

Overview of the Shared Resource
This facility allows a complete histologic phenotypic analysis of tissues from genetically altered mice; embryo to adult. It is indispensable for providing quality control for the presence of cancer in a human tissue sample prior to use in biochemical or molecular biological analysis. Conversely, it establishes the absence of tumor in tissue utilized as a normal control for similar experiments.
