Learn about the Affordable Care Act and benefit changes, the basics of Medicare, open enrollment periods, supplemental insurance options, and how to maximize plan benefits. There will be a question and answer period. The seminar is presented by David Weil, program manager, elder law and advocacy, for the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP). Online registration is required by Oct. 20, 2014.
