Dr. Patrick's program of research addresses how to integrate primary care, home and wireless technologies to measure and improve physical activity, diet and other lifestyle behaviors in overweight and obese children and adults, depressed adults and older adults. Current research efforts include three NCI-funded RCTs including one exploring the use of mobile phones for ecological momentary intervention to improve diet behaviors.
