- HPLC methodologies for analysis of carotenoids (beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, beta-cryptoxanthin, lycopene, lutein + zeaxanthin), tocopherols,
retinoids, vitamin D compounds, other vitamins, homocysteine, curcumin, and tetrahydrocurcumin in biological samples

This is a value added service for investigators conducting peer-reviewed
studies or pilot projects that address nutritional or dietary factors,
or who are conducting clinical laboratory or epidemiological studies
that would benefit by the assessment and monitoring of nutritional
factors in addressing the research question.
