Rebecca and John Moores UCSD Cancer Center DNA Sequencing Shared Resource

Established in 1998, the Rebecca and John Moores UCSD Cancer Center DNA sequencing facility is a shared resource for Cancer Center members as well as general public investigators. The Shared Resouce generates high quality sequences with speed and flexibility to meet the growing demands of scientific researchers. Sample data turnaround time is within 24 to 48 hours with all systems running.

Business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Plasmid template concentrations of 150-400ng per microliter are now accepted!

Peak Scanner:
View your fragment analysis files (.fsa). This is one of the only freeware genotyping viewers available! Sizecalls only, no programmable allele calls.
